We are currently unable to offer a Next Day service to the following postcodes: AB, BT, GY, FK, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, KY, KW, PH, PA, TR21-25, ZE. These orders will ship on a 2 days service with a lot being delivered quicker but we can't guarantee it.


When will I get my AX Merchandise?

Every item on the site has a delivery estimate. The delivery estimate can be found just above the red ADD TO BASKET button on each individual product page. This is a great way for you to know when you can expect your item to arrive - this info can also be found at checkout, just before the payment page.

Do you ship internationally?

We will respond to you with the necessary information.

How will my order be packaged?

We'll do everything to ensure your order gets to you in perfect condition. Baseball caps are packaged in boxes.

What time will it arrive?

Our couriers will deliver between 9:00AM and 18:00PM.

What if I miss the delivery?

If you are not home when your parcel has been delivered, you will be left a note through your letterbox instructing you how to obtain your delivery. Items sent via Royal Mail can usually be collected from your local depot or have delivery re-arranged. Orders sent by courier will result in a note with an appropriate contact number for you to use to re-arrange the delivery. Royal Mail: 0845 7950 950 (press 1 then option 4)


Do I need to pay to return an item that is the wrong size or if I have changed my mind?

If you wish to return an item because of a sizing issue or you simply wish to exchange the product, you will have to cover the costs to send it back to us. Initial replacements will be sent out free of charge.

How do I return something?

It is important that you send items back to us in a resalable condition. This means with the item's original packaging where possible. Clothing should be returned folded as best you can.

What am I allowed to return?

You can return anything to us within 30 days of shipment. If the item you ordered is incorrect or faulty, return it to us and we will refund the postage. If the item is an unwanted gift, an incorrect size or you simply don't like it, we will accept it as a return but you will have to cover the postage costs.

How long do I have to return an item?

Assuming that they are in a re-saleable condition, we will accept returns up to 30 days after shipment.

Faulty Items

Do I need to pay to return a faulty item?

If you need to return an item that is faulty or because of a mistake on our part, we will refund up to £10 towards your shipping cost. In most instances, this should be enough to cover any postage costs. If your shipping quote is higher than this value, please contact This email address is being protected from spambots. What do I do if an item I have received is faulty?

If you have received an item that is damaged or otherwise faulty, do not send the items back to us straight away. Please contact us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and include pictures of any defects and clearly detail any faults on the item. We will then forward these pictures to the appropriate supplier to assess whether it is a manufacturer fault. If so, we will then ask you to send the item back to us to replace/refund. Although you will have to cover the postage costs, in this instance they will be refunded a maximum of £10 to the costs.


Can I get a refund?

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 14 days of receiving the returned item, depending on your card issuers policies.
